Antao Progetti has completed numerous projects in Italy and the Republic of San Marino involving the design and management of the construction of structures serving hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. Antao’s responsibilities were mainly the design of the structures, the management of construction, and the testing of the mechanical and electrical plants in the health care facilities such as pharmaceutical laboratories, laboratory analysis and hospital wards. Other responsibilities involved the design of technological plants needed to service these structures, in particular central heating, cooling and electrical. The systems designed are mainly: fire protection systems, medical gas systems, heating and cooling systems, air treatment system for wards and surgery, clinics laboratories, water treatment plants.
